submit photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing an item, submit an image of the items that you did receive.

LOLOur products are made with ingredients that stimulate growth and promote healthy hair, but we can't guarantee results. Hair growth can vary by a person's hair care regimen, eating habits, styling choices, genetics, heat application, stress levels, Etc. Theres just too many factors involved! What we CAN guarantee is that our products have healthy ingredients that will increase your chances at growth and make your hair journey a lot easier.

You can expect to see growth as soon as 2-3 weeks, but consistent use for 3 months is highly recommended. If you're looking for a "one and done miracle product"...we are not for you. And whoever's promising you that, probably ain't for you either. Lol Consistency and patience are major keys in your hair journey.

Yes! Our products are child safe and perfect for kids who run away at the sight of a comb. Our Coco Aloe Moisture Milk is really good for ouchless detangle sessions with your mini me. (We recommend using our Extra strength growth oil and Ca$hmere deep conditioner on children 2yrs+ due to the added protein.)

Typically our orders process within 7-10 business days. On holidays and sales dates, we expect a higher than normal order volume which may lead to delivery delays. We appreciate your extra patience at those times.
